A pole class that focuses on Level 1, 1.5, and 2 skills.  Progressions and Regressions are provided to be both challenging and accessible to anyone who has started taking Level 1 classes (working on climbing, pole sits, spins, etc.) or Level 2/3 (working on inverting, leg hangs, etc.).  We recommend you have taken at least 3 Pole 1 classes before taking this class.
