If you’ve mastered the basics and are ready for more, our Level 1 Pole class is perfect for you! This class is designed for students with some pole experience who want to build strength, improve technique, and start exploring more dynamic spins, holds, and transitions. You’ll focus on refining foundational moves like climbs and spins, while also beginning to learn tricks that challenge your balance and coordination. We’ll help you build confidence on the pole, preparing you for more complex sequences in higher levels. 

Please wear clothing that allows your legs and arms to grip the pole, and avoid hand and body lotion at least 12 hours prior to class. Heels are optional.

Pre-requisites: must have taken beginner pole and be comfortable in a one-handed fireman spin on both sides.
