This mixed-level class is perfect for both beginners and those ready to advance their pole skills. We’ll build a strong foundation with essential spins, climbs, and transitions from Pole 1 while introducing more challenging movements and combinations from Pole 2. Whether you’re mastering the basics or refining your technique, this class caters to all levels, with modifications and progressions to match your pace. You'll gain strength, flexibility, and fluidity, all while boosting your confidence on the pole. Come explore and grow at your own level in a supportive and fun environment!

Pre-requisites: Students should be able to comfortably execute a one handed fireman spin on both sides. We recommend taking Beginner Pole/Pole 1 6-8 times before progressing to this class.

Please wear clothing that allows your legs and arms to grip the pole, and avoid hand and body lotion at least 12 hours prior to class.
