Whether you’re brand new to pole or looking to refine your foundational skills, this class is perfect for you! In this mixed-level session, we’ll focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence while introducing basic pole techniques and spins. You'll work at your own pace as we explore transitions, climbs, and beginner combos. For those with a little experience, we’ll help you refine your form and push your progress with new level 1 challenges.
Please wear clothing that allows your legs and arms to grip the pole, and avoid hand and body lotion at least 12 hours prior to class. Heels are optional.
