Brand new to pole? Start here! In this class you will learn the foundations of pole. Learn to walk around the pole, body trace, and execute simple and beautiful spins and transitions. We recommend taking this class 6-8 times before graduating. Please wear clothing that allows your legs and arms to grip the pole, and avoid hand and body lotion at least 12 hours prior to class. Heels are optional.
