Step into the world of aerial arts with this mixed-level beginner Lyra class, designed for both first-timers and those looking to strengthen their foundation. In this class, you'll learn fundamental lyra (aerial hoop) moves, including mounts, spins, and beginner sequences. We’ll focus on building core strength, flexibility, and body awareness while exploring creative transitions and fluid movement on and around the hoop.
For those with some experience, we'll work on refining technique and adding more dynamic level 1 movements/progressions.
