Soar to new heights with our Beginner Aerial Hammock class! Aerial Hammock will have you defying gravity with a harmonious blend of strength, flexibility, and aerial artistry, designed to cater to practitioners of all experiences levels.
Each 60 minute class begins with a thorough warm-up, focusing on joint mobility and increasing blood flow to prepare both body and mind. Our experienced instructors will then guide you through the foundational techniques of hammock use, including how to enter and exit the hammock safely, proper body alignment, and basic maneuvers (progressions are provided for intermediate and advanced aerialists). Each class ends with a gentle cool down to relax your muscles.
We recommend wearing leggings and a shirt to protect your lower back.
