Ready to turn your world upside down? This class is designed for students who have a strong foundation in beginner pole skills and are ready to start working on inverting! This class focuses on building the strength, technique, and confidence needed to safely execute basic inversions, including the chopper (inverted V), inverted crucifix, inside and outside leg hangs, and more!

In addition to inversions, students will refine their transitions, work on conditioning exercises, and start exploring aerial tricks. Progressions and modifications are provided to ensure safe and steady progress. If you're ready to take your pole journey to new heights, this class is for you!
 
Pre-Requisites: Must be comfortable climbing the pole on both sides and be able to execute basic level one spins (genie, jasmine, etc.)
