Take your pole skills to the next level with this mixed level class, where we focus on strength, control, and fluidity in the air. This class is designed for students who are confident inverting and ready to explore more advanced aerial tricks, leg hangs, shoulder mounts, and dynamic transitions. Expect to work on combinations that challenge your endurance while refining technique and body awareness. We will also begin to introduce two points of contact moves.

Pre-reqs: must feel comfortable in your basic inversions from the ground up (chopper, crucifix, outside/inside leg hang) or feel comfortable dropping into inverts
