This class focuses on more advanced sequences and skills. We also begin to think critically about aerial theory and explore new movement patterns and artistic ideas.

PRE-REQS: Ability to invert to top bar, able to pull yourself up to sitting from a dead hang, pull-over mount (doesn't have to be perfect!), OR instructor approval
