Come as you are. In this somatic session we'll follow breath, sensation, and light movement to release what is stuck with us from the past month and reclaim what is needed to support us for the month ahead.
There’s no pressure to perform or get it right—just space to explore what feels honest, supported by the collective rhythm of the group. Sometimes we move with music, sometimes in silence. Sometimes there’s stillness, sometimes laughter. What stays constant is the invitation to be present. You might leave feeling more connected, more spacious, or just a little more you.
