Sexy Slinky Seniors: 6-Week Pole Series (Ages 55+)
It’s never too late to feel strong, sensual, and empowered! This 6-week pole dance series is designed for ages 55+, offering a safe and supportive space to explore your sexy side while building confidence, flexibility, and strength.
Each 75-minute class includes an extended warm-up and cool-down tailored to senior bodies, followed by fun, beginner-friendly pole instruction. Whether you’re brand new to pole or looking to refine your foundations, you’ll learn slinky movements, playful transitions, and empowering poses at a comfortable pace.
