Join instructor Courtney for a high intensity Exotic Cardio pop up class! 

This 90-minute pole choreography class will focus on building stamina, endurance, and fluidity while unleashing your sensuality. Expect heart-pumping sequences that combine exotic pole dance technique with cardio-style conditioning, keeping you challenged and energized from start to finish. Perfect for dancers who love the sensual side of pole and want a cardio boost in the process.

We’ll drill transitions, floorwork, and traveling steps to create a full routine that leaves you sweaty, confident, and glowing. Heels are kneepads are recommended but optional. 

**Open to pole levels 1 and up**
