In this 60-minute class, you’ll begin with a 10–15 minute warm-up to prepare your body for movement and stretch into the fabric. From there, we’ll explore how to link combinations of aerial hammock movements together, weaving them into light choreography. Music will set the mood each week, ranging from contemporary to sultry and more, so you’ll always leave feeling both challenged and inspired. Open to all levels.
