Get ready to spin and slay on the hoop! This mixed-level lyra class is designed for both students graduating to Level 1 building foundational strength and Level 2 intermediate students ready to refine technique and unlock clean, confident skills.

You’ll learn beautiful poses, controlled transitions, dynamic spins, and sequences that build your aerial vocabulary. Our instructors offer variations and progressions for every body and every level—so whether you're stepping into the hoop for the first time or leveling up your aerial artistry, you’ll be challenged, supported, and celebrated.

PRE-REQS: We recommend having taken 6-8 beginner Lyra classes.
