Ready to take flight? This beginner-friendly 6-week series is the perfect introduction to the art of Aerial Hoop (Lyra)! Whether you're completely new to aerial or looking to build a solid foundation, this course will guide you through basic mounts, shapes, and transitions in a safe, supportive environment.

Each week, you'll develop strength, flexibility, and confidence as you explore life in the hoop. By the end of the series, you'll have tons of new skills to show off! No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to try something new and have fun in the air.

What to Expect:
✨ Weekly 60-minute classes (Sundays at 11:00am)
✨ Learn fundamental poses, mounts, and flow
✨ Build strength, coordination, and body awareness
